Acceptance of terms

By installing and using silyring ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the App.

What silyring provides

silyring provides a webhook-to-call and webhook-to-push-notification service. You receive a unique URL that, when triggered via HTTP POST, delivers a phone call or push notification to your device. The service is provided "as is."

Your responsibilities

  • Webhook URL security — Your webhook URL is a secret. Anyone with it can trigger calls or notifications on your device. Keep it secure. If compromised, regenerate it immediately.
  • Lawful use only — You may not use silyring to harass, spam, or disturb others. You may not use it for any illegal purpose.
  • No abuse — Do not attempt to overwhelm our servers, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in ways that degrade service for others. See our Fair Usage Policy.
  • Content — You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your webhook. We are not responsible for messages triggered by third parties who have access to your URL.

Free trial

silyring offers a 90-day free trial starting from the date of your first installation. After the trial period, a paid subscription may be required to continue using the service. Trial periods cannot be reset by reinstalling the app.

Service availability

We strive to keep silyring available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. Call and notification delivery depends on Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) infrastructure, which is outside our control.

Limitation of liability

silyring is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Missed, delayed, or undelivered calls or notifications
  • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service
  • Unauthorized use of your webhook URL by third parties
  • Actions taken based on notifications received through the service

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to silyring at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms or our Fair Usage Policy. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app.

Intellectual property

silyring, its name, logo, and design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App or service without permission.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of silyring after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first.
